Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY-DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL

We handle all returns on a case-by-case basis* with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us.

Do you take everything back?

We'll do our best to take care of you, but from time to time we cannot accommodate a return. Non-returnable items include sale/clearance items, used items.

Is there a time limit?

Yes. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with any concerns. If your order is then approved for a return/exchange you will receive a return authorization and it must be placed in the mail to us within 1 days, otherwise we can’t offer a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original UNOPENED.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

International orders are non-returnable due to high shipping cost, in case of transport damages replacement would be provided free of cost but shipping to be charged again. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at arjun@whiteihf.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Transit Damage

All transit damage claims will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Minor transit damages, including cosmetic defects or small dents/scratches that do not affect the functionality of the product, must be repaired by the customer at their own end. No replacement product will be provided for such damages.
  • In the event of major transit damage that affects the functionality of the product, replacement parts will be supplied, where applicable, to restore the product to full working condition.
  • Under no circumstances will the complete product be replaced due to transit damage.
  • For international orders, no replacement of the complete product or damaged parts will be provided for either major or minor transit damage due to high international shipping costs, customs documentation requirements, and logistical constraints. If replacement parts are requested, they will be treated as a new order, charged separately at the applicable price, and full payment must be made before dispatch.
