SHIPPING POLICY- DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL
Shipping Time
Time taken to dispatch a product depends upon the type of the product and quantity. Large quantities generally take more than usual time which are conveyed to the customers once the order is confirmed.
General shipping time for products like wooden props are shipped within 3 working days for domestic orders & 7 days for international orders.
Courier Partners
We only work with reputed courier partners Delhivery, Xpressbees, Indian Post and Shiprocket for domestic deliveries, DHL for international deliveries.
Delivery Time
Our target is ASAP. However, depending upon the size of the product and Delivery location, it varies from 7 days from shipping for domestic orders and 15 days for international orders. Tracking details are provided to customers once the product is shipped.
Non availability on Delivery
Delivery services is being offered by third-party & three attempts (phone call) would be made for delivery, in case of failure, shipment would be sent back to us & reattempt would attract double freight charges & longer delivery time.
Remote Area Delivery
Remote area delivery will attract additional charges, in case of denial, money will be refunded in a week's time, banking charges of 5% + Tax for domestic & 10% + Tax for international would be deducted. You may contact us to know any additional charges before placing your order.
Transit Damage
All transit damage claims will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Minor transit damages, including cosmetic defects or small dents/scratches that do not affect the functionality of the product, must be repaired by the customer at their own end. No replacement product will be provided for such damages.
- In the event of major transit damage that affects the functionality of the product, replacement parts will be supplied, where applicable, to restore the product to full working condition.
- Under no circumstances will the complete product be replaced due to transit damage.
- For international orders, no replacement of the complete product or damaged parts will be provided for either major or minor transit damage due to high international shipping costs, customs documentation requirements, and logistical constraints. If replacement parts are requested, they will be treated as a new order, charged separately at the applicable price, and full payment must be made before dispatch.
Customers are requested to inspect the product upon delivery and report any transit damage, along with clear photographs and the original packaging, within the specified claim period to facilitate prompt assessment.
